Add consultant note

Conditions:

  • The user account is linked to a company (company name is located in the upper right, next to the profile name).
  • The user account has an Advisor role (check in profile details by clicking on the profile name).


How to get here: 

Navigate to the 'Consultant Note' page. This can be done in two ways:

  1. On the home screen: Click on 'Order' on the right side of the screen. Then press 'Consultant Note' in the left navigation bar.
  2. On any other page: Click on "Orders" in the navigation bar at the top right of the Koppert One logo. Then press 'Consultant Note' in the left navigation bar.


How does it work?

Press the '+ Consultant Note' button to add a new consultant note. A screen will then appear that needs to be filled out to create a consultant note.


Elements on the screen:

  • Title: Enter a title for the consultant note. This could be, for example, the date or the reason for the consultant note, etc. This field is mandatory to fill out.
  • Email notification: Choose here who receives a notification once the note is created. The relevant person for whom the note is intended will receive an email. This action is optional.
  • Note: Only users linked to the company can receive a notification.
  • Text content: This is a free input field where you can type your consultant note.
  • Attachments: Documents or photos relevant to the note can be added from your computer. Adding attachments is optional.
  • Save: To save the note, it is necessary to press the 'Save' button. Otherwise, the note will not be saved, and all entered information will be lost.
