Orders

Conditions:

• The user account is linked to a company (company name is located in the upper right, next to the profile name).
• The user account has a Grower or Advisor role (check in profile details by clicking on the profile name).
• The company has placed orders with Koppert.

How to get here:

Navigate to the 'Orders' page. This can be done in two ways:

1. On the home screen: Click on 'Order' on the right side of the screen. Then press 'Orders' in the left navigation bar.
2. On any other page: Click on "Orders" in the navigation bar at the top right of the Koppert One logo. Then press 'Orders' in the left navigation bar.

How does it work?

All products ordered by the company are visible on this page. The products are grouped by delivery address and listed in alphabetical order. Each week shows what has been delivered by Koppert. Using the slider or arrow buttons (left/right), you can navigate through the weeks. The current week is highlighted in light green, making it easy to see what will be delivered this week.

Elements on the screen:

• Grouping: With this button, the display of ordered items can be easily changed. You can switch between the number of products or the number of natural predators ordered.
  • Products: This is the default view. It shows the number of products ordered.
  • Units per product: This view displays the content of the total ordered products. 
  • Grouped by beneficial: This view focuses on the number of beneficials ordered of a particular type. Products with the same beneficial will be combined. 

See below an example:

• Week selection: Here, a start and end date are selected. The order history of the selected period is then loaded, allowing easy navigation with the slider or arrow buttons. The default period is one year, with the current week as the most recent.
• Left/right arrow buttons: These buttons shift the table by one week.
• Slider: The slider easily shifts the display by several weeks.
• Company selector: Is the user account linked to multiple companies? Then, in the upper right (next to the profile name), you can easily switch between companies. The order history is automatically loaded from the selected company.
