Edit or delete consultant note

Conditions:

  • The user account is linked to a company (company name is located in the upper right, next to the profile name).
  • The user account has an Advisor role (check in profile details by clicking on the profile name).
  • The company has at least one consultant note.


How to get here:

Navigate to the 'Consultant Note' page. This can be done in two ways:

  1. On the home screen: Click on 'Order' on the right side of the screen. Then press 'Consultant Note' in the left navigation bar.
  2. On any other page: Click on "Orders" in the navigation bar at the top right of the Koppert One logo. Then press 'Consultant Note' in the left navigation bar.


How does it work?

Click on a consultant note from the list that needs to be edited or deleted. The entire note is then displayed with title, context, attachments, and email notifications. Press 'Edit' in the top right to modify the note. Press 'Delete' to remove the note.
