I can't log in to the Natutec Scout application

Please note that when logging in, do not enter the email address in the top field, but use the pre-specified username.


My scouting session(s) is/are not appearing in the dashboard

  • Check if the session has been fully uploaded from the phone. The session(s) should appear in the "Uploaded sessions" section.


  • If the scouting session includes Horiver scans, it may take up to 12 hours for them to appear in the dashboard.


  • Something went wrong; please contact support@natutecscout.com, and provide the Location + Department + Scout + Date of the scouting session. We will investigate its status and likely get it into your dashboard in a timely manner.


I forgot my password

In the login screen of the Natutec Scout application, click on "Forgot password" in the bottom right.

Enter the email address associated with this account and click on "Send recovery link".

A recovery link will be sent to this email address, allowing you to reset the password.


Which phones are suitable for the Horiver Scanner?


How can I ensure that the results of the Horiver Scanner are as optimal as possible?

Ensure that the protocol for using the Horiver Scanner is followed. The protocol can be found here.

Hold the phone at an angle of 60 degrees, as well as the Horiver card to be scanned.
